Since 2007, the Blank Roast coffee factory has been roasting selected coffee beans from selected provenances in the best growing regions of the world using a unique vine wood roasting process. Founder and managing director Holger K. Blank makes the Germans’ favorite drink come alive in his glass roasting house in Neustadt an der Weinstraße. The roasting processes are transparent throughout, customers can look over the shoulder of the master roaster at work.
